I. Am. Sick.

I have been fighting this off for weeks and it decides to take me down Sunday before a major test at school. Typical. :-( At least I got a B on the test, but I should have done so much better. Missed a lot of DUH! questions that I would have caught if my head wasn't pounding. *sniffle*

It's a cold..at least I hope it is since Flu shots aren't here yet. So, I'm sleeping a lot, eating soups, drinking lots of fluids and taking whatever meds make me feel better.

This stinks....*cough, cough* *sneeze*

I just hope it doesn't get bad. I can't afford to skip out on school and work.

School is tough enough going every day. I can't imagine how far behind I would be if I missed a day. Thankfully the weekend is almost here....if I can just last that long. :)

I've got some sort of nasty stomach bug...been throwing up my toes all day and can't keep anything down. :-(

Probably related to the 9(!) exams I have to take over the next 7 days. Ugh.

There are actually studies that have shown dampened immune response before and during exam periods, believe it or not.

10. yes, have a cough here too...

the baby was really sick, wheezing from it. Steroids, antibiotics and cough meds, all yucky, and he can really fight me off now, and his teeth work a little too well when you try the pinching the cheek trick. I'm just doing cough drops and tea. Hope you feel better soon.

11. I am at the tail end of a raging sinus infection!!

This infection has lasted over a week.

It isn't a typical sinus infection -- the doctor thought it was a staph infection, but my tests came up negative. I spent Friday night at the emergency room getting an IV of antibiotics. I saw my doctor yesterday, and she gave me another shot! I am taking pills that would choke a horse.

But I'm feeling much better...
