33. ***UPDATE*** Poppy is home and sleeping on some mega

Painkillers. They think it is a kidney stone even though they couldn't find one on the scan. :grr: I am begging him to call his oncologist because he says, along with the pain, his left kidney feels like a dead weight. I don't like the way that sounds and he has an awful lot of blood in the area right now. Thanks again for all your thoughts. Of course we were told to come back if it wasn't better by this evening. Ahhh...modern health insurance. Thanks again DUers, you're the best. :grouphug:

his oncologist and gets in to see him/her soon. A clean bill of health from someone who has treated him previously will go a long way to peace of mind, then they can concentrate on finding out WHERE the pain is coming from and how to treat him. Damned hospital should NOT have sent him home. (just my opinion).
