Poll question: Fish and stuffing poll!
If we are having salmon for Thanksgiving dinner, can we also have stuffing? My mom wants to cook a chicken to have with her stuffing, but I'm not down. What say ye?

1. Nobody really puts the stuffing inside the bird any more, anyway.
Sometimes we have stuffing with ham! Or a pork roast. Stuffing with salmon sounds just great.

You should call unstuffed soggy bread "dressing".:P

3. I want to call it dressing, but people look at me and say,
"You mean stuffing?" And why don't the Stove Top people call it Stove Top Dresssing? You're absolutely right about the terminology. Maybe I should start a new thread about Stuffing vs. Dressing.

5. I was thinking we could have a pretty regular t-day dinner
but cook the salmon up in foil with some rosemary and sage. :D

Salmon and stuffing, make sure it's a cornbread type, but not too sweet, that takes away from the salmon flavor. Good luck!
