Does this Headline make anybody else giggle?

"Murphy Says He and Brown Have Split Up"

My first thought was of Candace Bergen and the sitcom. Whoops.

She has always been "Mel B." To distinguish her from Mel C, natch. Not that I know her surname either. :crazy:

That was towards the end, of course. When the Spice Girls were still big they were only ever Baby, Ginger, Sporty, Scary and Posh. That is about as sophisticated as the tabloid newspapers like it. :D

when they got big. If I had a nickel for every time I heard "Tell me what you want...what you really, really want..." But they were not that bad as singers and role models. A darn sight better than Britney and Jessica, which my daughter was too old for...thank golly. :hi: :hug:

I didn't know her surname either...which is why the headline made me go "What?" Too bad they didn't stick together. She could have been Melanie Murphy-Brown...

she is very involved in the hollywood teevee production scene, so expect eddie to be getting his very own syndicated teevee show soon!

Not that eddie would ever date someone just for the connections.. nuh uh, no way.

It's REALLY tacky because the Edmunds' kids and the Murphy kids all go to the same small private school.
