Suddenly It's Christmas
http://www.slambovia.com/xmas/index.html

Suddenly it's Christmas, I forgot about these lights
The air is filled with Nat King Cole and everything's alright
Oh come all ye faithful, to the land that we all love
It's the one thing that still rises above.

Suddenly it's Christmas, have we lost another year
Are we moving closer to our dreams or just running from our fears?
Oh holiest of seasons, of magic and of light
I've been losing myself in the fight
Nothing that I do seems to turn out quite right,
Won't you please take me in for the night ?

Take me back to when wishes came true if you were good
And we'd try to stay awake all night to see him if we could
Cause oh what holy presence filled that old facade
Why it was almost like waiting for God...

Take us back to places that could set our hearts on fire
Where the inner world was glowing with the purest of desires
Oh God put on that red suit, and laugh that laugh so free -
And won't you please check your list twice and see
If you got any hope left for me...

I wish you all a Merry Christmas, I'm hoping that you find
Something that can flip your switch and take your heart and mind
Back to those days of wonder, of that magic silent night
When we all still believed in the light...

Suddenly it's Christmas, suddenly it's here
Oh merry, merry Christmas
And the happiest, the happiest New Year.
