3. I'm too tall, AND too fat.

Really though, I can find jeans and pants that fit no problem. But when I shop for shirts, they either fit nice, but are too short OR they're long enough, but too tight. Oy.

4. I don't go shopping like that, just like I don't hit myself on the head with hammers.

I find what I need on line after I've checked to see if it fits. There's no drama, just some surprise when it gets to my home and later, when I get to use it. lol

I'm not fat or thin but I think this avoiding of the whole humiliation ritual makes me unAmerican. :)

5. Fit isn't a problem. The current styles are just butt ugly.

6. I'm short and flat chested. I defected to the men's section.
I only buy women's clothes if I need a dress for some goofy reason, and then I just hit up Goodwill.

9. Thrift stores can be such a welcome break from the bs.
Some great stuff there, if you have a little patience. I got a great beaded party dress that someone must have worn once if at all. I also wore it once and passed it on. :P

7. I'm a little too picky, but the clothes seem to fit.
The only thing I have a gripe about is the fact that I can't find enough preppy stuff for work for women my size. I don't want to look like something off That 70s Show, but I don't want to look like Grandma Ethel either. It really sucks.

10. I'm too tall for petites
and too short for regular pants, I need to have them hemmed.

I'm 5'5, the average height of the North American woman. What gives? :wtf:

I could shop all day, and not find anything that fits. I have no idea what 'model' they use for clothes, but it ain't any woman that I've ever seen...

11. I buy men's slacks
I buy men's slacks and they fit, because I'm short, middle aged, have a gut, and no hips and no butt.
I learned this by wearing my boyfriend's old slacks when he got too fat for them.

And the top half is covered by sport bras and T shirts. Nice T shirts from Target for a slightly more dressy occasion.

And for really dressy occasions: Black suede Ferragamo sneakers from Neiman's!!!!

13. I DO Have Perfect Skin... But Pants Are Almost Always Too Long!
Fortunately, cropped pants have been in for a while, so no hemming for me!
