Actually, I had been wondering about it, because I recently heard her sing one of her songs on.... well, on some show, and it was beautiful. I guess it shows my age, I'm enjoying the first Rod Stewart classics CD and am going to buy his latest one, too.

One question about the Cyndi Lauper one - are the songs an ok tempo, or are they as slow as molassas? Sometimes when people do the classics, they seem to slow them down so much I want to fall asleep - which might be good because then I wouldn't be on DU until 1:30 in the morning - but it wouldn't make it a good CD for driving or trying to get stuff done around the house.
