Dinner at the Prophets - Barbecue time!
It's been too pretty the last couple of days, so it's barbecue season!

Cheddar brats, chicken breasts, and T-bones over a low charcoal fire, accompanied with potato pouches.

Slice up a couple potatoes and a package of mushrooms. Place in a piece of aluminum foil with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Seal up the foil pouch and put it directly on the grill. Let it cook over a slow heat for about an hour or until the potatoes are tender. Add shredded cheese when finished.

7. I made a nice curry the other day, as a matter of fact
Here's a fast curry recipe: Fry up some meat and vegetables - 2 sliced chicken breasts should be about right, along with potatoes and carrots. Put in about 2 tbsp curry powder and mix in 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil. Add 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cilantro. Add 1 small can of tomato paste and mix in. Add plain yogurt and heavy cream to make the desired consistency. Serve over rice.
