I just finally figured it out - found the settings and added video to the main menu. Silly me. :blush: I had bought it on eBay and was convinced I had been duped.
That won't work.. You need to transfer them with iTunes.. If iTunes won't play them they can't be played back on the iPod. I can post some links for software that will convert things to the proper format. For example: AVI and WMP files won't play on the iPod.
