Roughly how often do you update your DU journal (if you have one)?

When you update it, do you ever look at "DU Journals" and look in the "Last Updated" list? How long does it take for your journal to show up in the "Last Updated" list?

1. Perhaps more important than how often you update your journal is

how often you add to it new posts that remain in your journal long after they were added.

Some people might initially get enthusiastic about having a journal and later forget to add some of their best posts to it.

Other people might over-analyze and do an excessive amount of adding and then removing, an indication that they are undecided about what should be in a journal and what should not.

I update my Journal regularly......

I put nearly every thread I start in it...

I don't have a lot of those........

And when I do update it, and I check out the "updated" list...

It's already there!
