I get tons of miles from American, and I get free tickets anyway because of the business I am in
so I signed up with Points.com and got $250 in JC Penney gift certs.....it works!!!!!
I reccomend them...

I don't know what the agency is (Northwest Airlines maybe) but she donates the miles to some organization that gets them to servicemembers. They are not a consideration in her ticket buying practice, she just looks for the cheapest.
