7. I think it's brilliant he's writing to his birth mum
That's the way is should be done. That's the way is should've *always* been done.

Why wasn't it always that way? Why are people dumb? :(

11. partly idiot morality, I think.
That kind of shit gets encrusted and becomes "how it's always been done".

An open relationship isn't always easy to maintain, either. We're lucky in that Chris' birthparents are very cool, but there are little unsettled parts that will probably take a while to figure out.

6. that he does.
Unfortunately, it's beginning to look like a natural baby-mullet from certain vantage points, so his first haircut will be in order soon. :hi:

9. he's a ham.
This was the first shot.

After the flash went off, Mr. Hollywood knew to look for the camera and start smiling. He's been like that for a while. I claim no responsibility. :)

15. I don't know that he's made up his mind yet.
He goes back and forth with the crayons, spoons, etc. Not that I'd mind, of course - his mom and I are lefties too.

that the triplets will be going to first grade next year. All-day school, uniforms (Catholic school) and all that.

18. a naturally ham it looks like!
a good trait to use to get away with some of the stuff they pull. my youngest keyed his name on my wifes car when he was like 4. when we asked him how it happened, he looked surprised and just said, "Mommmmmmmmmmmm it was an accident!"

22. yeah.
He loves to be chased, so he's started doing things we've told him not to (turning on the dishwasher, hurling large toys at the dog, standing on the arm of the sofa) in order to get the reaction. Then he's laughing so hard that it's difficult to show him that we disapprove. Monkeys in pants indeed. :D
