Kind of funny when smokers say oatmeal is bad for you.

Heard that today at work.

It's so full of sugar. (said to someone else)

Uh......yeah...... last week same person said to me, that can has 11 teaspoons of sugar
(and man, does a cool Pepsi go down GOOD!!!!!)

1. It's actually seven teaspoons, or thereabouts

if the can says 40 grams of "sugars." I did the math awhile back.

So, no big deal. :D

2. uh-oh, i smoke and eat oatmeal, not at the same time though, that would be silly.

3. A smoker told me drinking cold water is bad for your teeth.
