just got back from my first day at the gym

just got back from my first day at the gym
6 miles on a bike in 20 mins....man did I work up a sweat, gonna build up my endurance before I start classes... I feel great...even sat out in the sun to get just a little color.

20 minutes will kick your butt if you alternate levels every two minutes or so.

10. You're talking about high-intensity interval training? That's a GREAT
way to use the stationary bike...I've been using that technique recently and it's really working out as far as building endurance for actual rides.
