I just had an epiphany
Edited on Mon Jan-19-04 04:40 PM by jpgray
Baby portabellos, chopped up and browned in olive oil, make an incredibly tasty replacement for ground beef. No giggling, please--I really just discovered this. I just had some mushroom-based burritos, and damn they are tasty. A few onions, a little bit of cheese--tasty.

edit: No posting helpful synonyms for "tasty" on this thread--it just isn't allowed; sorry.

2. I thought you said you just had a burrito.
So which is it? An epiphany, or a burrito.

9. The burrito was in my view a revelatory manifestation of a divine being
And also an Aleutian spy. So yes, it was both burrito and epiphany.

4. I try only to eat adult vegetables.
Seriously: Do they have to be baby mushrooms? I'd like to try this but I don't know if I can find young ones.
