7. I was expecting at least *some* flak for the column
because I mentioned Dean and Clark once or twice, and flames do usually follow. But I guess everyone's pretty much occupied with the flaming in the primary forum these days...

...was spot on. MY favorite sentence:

What I am arguing is that if we are determining electability based on perceptions created by the mainstream media - as we inevitably are - then we are essentially allowing the corporations to pick our candidate for us.

(OK you put it a lot more succinctly and less offensively than I did) :-)

And although I disagree with your assessment of Clark, I give you :thumbsup: for the thought-piece.

With my trusty sidekick, ZenLefty...I was Queen of Gifs! Now, I just pull the best ones out occasionally. They came from all over the 'Net. (Google's image search was the secret!)
