Two THOUSAND??? So I guess that means you spent two solid hours (maybe more!) with high resistance and moving at 150 steps per minute? And went, essentially, ten miles?

3. About 2.5 hours
Broken into 3 50 minute sessions.

Cadence was 65-75 rpm, 130-150 steps per minute.

Didn't keep track of distance, and resistance was set at 10 (max 20).

My wife and I started on our excercise bike again....slow but steady for us.

Remember to do lots of stretching.

Incidentally what type of machine do you have? Is it in a gym or personal? I love those things, easier on the ass, and I love the overall workout you get from them.

I just did a search on them and saw a few as low as $400.00
