Dear Landlord;
I am writing to you concerning the new landscaper crew at ****.
Last week they knocked on my door and requested the use of two of my electrical outlets
so that they could trim the bushes. That was fine but the impatient rudeness of the crew
leader and his attitude was a real put off. It seemed he thought I was there for HIS
service or at least that's the way he came across to me. He was in a hurry and I got the
feeling that I was being ordered to do his bidding. I took the electrical cords anyway
and was able to plug one in an outlet but the other required a three pronged outlet with
a ground. There aren't any outlets like that in my kitchen or anywhere in my apartment
for that matter. I came back to the door and informed him that one was plugged in but
that I was unable to plug in the other. At that he seemed ticked off and agitated and he
said, "Just forget it. Forget it! Just give me both cords back." Fine! I returned both
to him and again told him, apologetically, that I don't have the grounded outlets his
electrical trimmer required. He said something like "don't worry about it" or something
like that.
Then today, this morning, the landscaping crew happened to be walking down the driveway,
by my back door, as I was opening a window and the door. My thoughts were not on or even
close to what the gardener was doing but on things I need to do today.
He said "Hi" to me and I said "Hi" quietly and waved my hand slightly and I continued what
I was doing until I heard him yelling and glaring at me as he was walking by Apt C.
He yelled, "I said; 'Good Morning'!! Good Morning'!!" and then he mumbled something else
and made a comment to his co-worker. He continued looking back, as he was walking, to stare
at my door and me, as he continued walking!! How rude!! I find this behavior not only rude
but also intimidating!! I do not want to socialize with the people cutting the grass!! A "Hi"
or a "Good Morning" would have been enough and even that is unnecessary, in my humble opinion.
But his staring/glaring and again yelling "Good Morning"; after we had already exchanged "Hi's'",
came across to me as arrogant, intimidating and confrontational.
I'm requesting that he be told to stay away from me and my apt. and to just do his job, cut the
grass, trim the bushes and leave me out of it!! If he has an issue he needs to address with me,
such as lawn chairs, he can ring the door bell and be polite about his request but I'd rather he
did NOT! He should be reminded that, "Please and Thank You go a long way!"
What is his scheduled time to be here cutting the grass? Is it every Tuesday morning? Please advise!
If that is his schedule, then I will make sure every Tuesday, he doesn't have any need to ring my bell!
Thank You for your time;
Sincerely;
Breeze

Dear Landlord;
I wrote to you just a little while ago but that was before I went outside to run errands.
I couldn't believe what I saw and I took pictures so that you could also see what the landscaper does!!
I thought you should see the terrible job he is doing! Also; Your landscaper stuffed my lawn chairs
into my trash can and left the trash can on the lawn!! That was totally unnecessary and uncalled for!!
What IS this guy's problem??? I find his behavior antagonistic and intimidating!
The trash can was not on the lawn this morning but the chairs were on the lawn, as they had already
cut the lawn, so I didn't move the chairs this morning and he didn't ask me to!!
There was plenty of room to put the chairs next to my car, on the pavement next to the trash can!
The landscaper also cut up the trash on the front lawn, near the street and left it there, instead
of picking it up!! It is NOT my trash but from speeding cars past the house!! He also left some
newspaper on the lawn and knocked over the warning chemical sign in front of Bldg. ###.
Unbelievable! I do NOT and will not deal with this idiot!!
I'm not angry at you but I am royally PO'd at this person!!
I just think you should know how your employee's treat the property and your tenants!
Does this guy have a criminal record? I get the eerie feeling that he does.
Really creepy guy! Gheesh!
Sincerely;

I usually avoid my landlord, as he has a reputation of being high strung and an asshole.
And I am moving in the next few months. Still looking for a place but this moron he hired
makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up. He gives me a very uneasy feeling and I
haven't received a response from the landlord yet.
Do you think I'm over reacting? I have my 6' 3" son on alert. ;)
