Mature Ducks
The grocery store by my house is selling Mature Duck meat. I can't fathom up the idea of what that is.
Does it mean that the Duck has raised a family and he is so old that it's time to retire him so they sell his old flesh as mature meat?
Would the meat be so tough that you would have to stew him in some type of booze?
