Mrs. Kerry's Scarves
OK now its three times I've seen the Mrs. with variations that kinda-scarf kinda-shawl thing. I this going to be like Hilary's unfortunate "headband era?"

Mind you anyone in better than the seemingly Lobotomized Mrs. GWB!!

Hey I have to hand it to her -- she was telling a reporter "don't count him out, he's just getting focused now" and they were laughing it off just last month. She was saying "he's got that look, watch out!"

1. Well, however unimportant, I will say that many of her scarves
Edited on Wed Jan-28-04 12:37 PM by hlthe2b
look quite nice. The large one slung over the shoulder last night was rather awkward looking and overwhelmed her. So, I hope she comes to the conclusion that scarves should accentuate her own look/clothing not overhwelm or detract from...

Nonetheless, it really is immaterial to me, as is Dean's wife's penchant for wearing jeans and sneakers in informal settings. Much ado about little.

2. Tweety was blabing about that.
I turned back from CNN to MSNBC for a minute and his sorry ass was yakking about her scarves.

As if he's a fashion plate.

3. Well, aside from the -20 degree days in NH the past three weeks
it has been freakin cold, ya know.
Scarves are warm.

4. It really wasn't that kind of scarf-- looked like silk
But,as I said, I like her and I think all of the spouses would make great first ladies. Clothes are immaterial. I'm sure they will dress appropriate to the occasion and I could care less if they win any fashion awards.
