I started piano lessons today.
Now all I need is a piano. Still, it'll be good to have a new skill.

How was your day?

1. any music lessons are good!
Pretty nice day - not a lot of work to do, and ran around with the kid since his school was closed for Roshashanah. (sp)

3. Closed for Rosh Hashana?
Cool. Is it a Jewish school, or are there actually public schools that know about non-Christian holidays?

6. it's a small progressive private school and many of the kids are Jewish
but they pay attention to all holidays, and there was actually a cool Buddhist statue in the hall yesterday.

Just another reason I love his school! :bounce:

5. I love days like that.
Monday is my day off, and on a good many Mondays, I get up and let the beag out, then go back to bed.
Until she needs to go out again. Until noon-ish. Yep, days like that are nice.

4. Good for you!
Working the left hand is great for creative thinking, plus playing the piano is cool :)

I've had a pretty good day but did you know that there are withdrawal symptoms when you stop taking Zyrtec? Wow. :puke:

7. We did a little playing today.
I've been in enough choirs that I read music, but will have to work on the fingering. My left hand is pretty useless at this point.

Didn't know about Zyrtec withdrawal. I have experienced Effexor withdrawal, and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

The Key to your Harmony is to practice often, remain Upbeat, never talk in
a negative Tone, always follow the instructor, and your life will be a Melody.
