and now i can't get the damn stuff off! :wow:

i was playing around trying to figure out how i'm going to do my makeup to go with my halloween costume. aahhhh! i tried my facewash and even though it washed most of the makeup off i still have some dark stuff around my eyes. i never wear makeup.. i should've known there was a reason for that! x(

1. Try some lotion.
It helps take makeup off the eyes very well.

Just a bit on a cotton ball or tissue, close your eyes tight (don't want lotion in the eye). It may take a couple of tries, but it always works for me.

Good luck.

3. If it's really persistant, get some stage makeup remover.

Hydra Cleanse is pretty good stuff, and you can get it at any costume or theatrical supply shop.

On edit: You should know that the stuff does tend to irritate skin, but it WILL remove whatever makeup you have on.

in a jar. It's in most drug stores.

Eyeliner usually comes off with baby oil for me. Or anything oil based.

4. I used this black spray-in haircolor stuff on my daughter last year
and it was stuck to her scalp for MONTHS. Seriously. It would NOT come off.

Did you try some baby oil?

6. When I was in high school
I was in a play and put copper color rinse in my hair that was supposed to wash out after six shampoos. A gazillion shampoos later and...I had copper colored hair for my graduation.

5. Note to Ava: 'Sharpie' is not a brand of eye-liner.

Hope you get that stuff off with minimal trouble and return to your normal, non-enhanced, lovely appearance.

9. There are many brands of make-up remover at local stores now
Instead of my usual Clinique Take the Day Off make-up remover, I now opt for the much cheaper and can be found everywhere Almay remover. It's about $5 at grocery stores or Target.

Hope this helps.
