I am responsible for the idea of holes in Swiss cheese. Top that one.

And, just to rub salt into an open wound, my numbering system was the inspiration for the Dewey Decimal System. Except in the early prototypes, I was utilizing Roman numerals. Made it a little cumbersome to navigate....
