I got him something but I am not entirely sure he will like it.

I got him a set of speakers that he can dock his iPod in.

2. I got a set of those when I was 16.

I thought they were cool, but not amazing. Now, at 20, I use them to charge my iPod, play sound out of my guitar amp, and rattle the windows in my apartment, and I think they're awesome. :P

I just hope that the box is not too big, since he will likely be taking it back on the airplane with him.

6. The speakers sound like a good idea to me.
Heh... speakers, sound... heh. (Sorry.)

I wouldn't have the foggiest... unless I knew their taste in music. In that case, some badass music along the same lines of what they like would be great. :)

7. It is hard, since he lives in Minnesota, so I do not know what he has
And I do not want the bulk of his gifts from me to be gift cards...

9. Honestly, I think that's a GREAT present.
Then he can listen to his iPod in his room without having to wear headphones. I happen to have bought myself the same thing (although I'm about 30 years past 16) :hi:

17. If you love him - actually love him - the minimum gift is a Mustang GT convertible, black
Anything less only says "I care enough to know your name, mostly, but not much beyond that"

21. A Hybrid Ford Explorer AND a new kitchen.
He's your husband, for God's sake. He needs to show more love than you show to a nephew.

22. Exactly!
I need new countertops for sure. I have the 3 x 3 tile countertop that was very popular in the late 1970s here in California. Can you say gray dingy grout, and impossible to keep clean?

28. A Nintendo Wii
seems to be one of the most popular things this season. I bought two today for gifts as well as this new game called "Rock Band." I just got lucky I suppose because I was in the store later this afternoon and they were all sold out.

Otherwise, maybe a LCD TV for his room? Or a new notebook comp? A ski trip for him and a friend over the holidays?

So many choices. :)
