1. I miss camp, interestingly enough

My camp is really the place "where my heart calls home"... it is the most amazing place in the world, the only place where I can really be myself... I am missing it a lot right now.

until I had to go back to Nebraska last week for a 2.5 day quick trip.

It was for a funeral, which sucks, but it was enough to tide me over until Christmas.

I'm living in Columbus OH now... whenever i fly out of Boston i get choked up, watching the skyline and ocean disappear from view :(

It can be especially hard on the fall and around the holidays. Worse, I'm unemployed right now.

I miss my family. I'm so awfully alone.

I'm in Wisconsin, and reprehensor is in Texas. It's starting to get REALLY cold, and I thought he'd be here by now. It's very lonely.

I burst into tears several times today thinking of the holidays, and missing Texas and wondering if I did the right thing moving up here.

I miss the Tex-Mex, and the bluebonnets, and the drawls, and so much else I never thought i would.

Plus, my IPOD's busted so I can't even listen to Joe Ely and Asleep at the Wheel to make myself better! I'll adapt. Eventually.

I'm nervous because it's my first Midwest winter. I haven't had to deal with winter in my life-- driving in it, functioning in it day to day, having to walk the dog 3 times a day, etc.

I'm a Texan, so I'm just freaking out a little here, and he's not here to help me. I have MS, so I'm dealing with that too, and all its implications.

He'll be here when our house sells, which as we all know in this market, could be awhile.

I sometimes miss Vermont so badly that it feels like a physical pain. I love my home and friends here but Vermont is where my roots are and where my heart will always be. I understand how you feel. :hug:

14. I miss my Grandparents farm which has been sold by the cousin who

said he would never sale.

I missed Texas when I was in the Army, but I never did come home on leave.

15. I have dreamed about New Mexico almost every night since we left

this past summer. :-(

I didn't grow up there, but for now, anyway, my heart is in Santa Fe. I miss my friends.

I miss taking weekend trips to Colorado, too.

22. Home is where I am living.

With my Aunt and Grandparents gone and the old farm sold home is my nice old house where I live with 4 other peope, 7 cats and 5 dogs.
