Steak and Spinach Salad, Spanokopita (I'm still traumatized from sorting and washing 2 f'n bags of spinach by hand :scared:), and tonight, Chickpea and Spinach Soup. :crazy:

91. It's the best cheese to cook with
It melts well, great for fondues, great to put onto something then quickly stick under the broiler, the foundation of a Croque Monsieur, and is good to eat by itself or to have it grated onto dishes already made. :9
