I take a lot of pictures of my cat. I'm such a dork like that.

Nothing I draw is ever up to my own critical eye. I get all pissed off at it and throw it away. My husband says it's one of my worst traits.

Oh, and I love the detail of the little scrolls in the iron around the windows. Very nicely done.

I'm supposed to be making a window for my in-laws, but they still won't give me the dimensions for the window. They think they already told me, but they didn't. It's not like it's difficult to measure a window. :rofl:

If it comes to drawing, I'm helpless. But still, I do have sketchbooks and make my doodlings in them. Here's the storyboard one I use for putting down ideas that later might get transformed into 3D stuff. The first one didn't make it but came out totally different. The second one came out closer:

107. The local seafood restaurant also does good Italian food.

I got a pasta primavera with lightly sauteed vegetables (perfectly done) in garlic+oil and fresh baked bread. Miriam had a house special grilled scallops dish with linguini and mushrooms. It was all awesome food, especially for a neighborhood restaurant. :9

They also bring me unlimited refills of very strong Iced Tea with a splash of orange juice in it. :)

I am a complete novice at these abstracts and have only taken a single idea to the furthest point that I could reach; I only like about 5% of what I've put on photobucket. But I am proud of what's evident in these two items: the lines are from the background noise of the images. I've worked the resolution down until they show up, then enhanced them into something mechanical. I like the stuff that occurs down at the fringes of resolution. Don't get me started, I'm my own favorite subject :crazy: :hi:

card stock paper is the BEST when you want to use detail. The grain is super-fine. It actually makes you feel like you're in COMPLETE control of it.
