Shaving problem.
Edited on Sun Dec-02-07 03:09 PM by UndertheOcean
Does anyone else have this problem ==> Black thick facial hair on a very white complexion so that even if you shave so close your face hurts you still have a grey area on your face and it looks unshaved.

Shaving only once a week lessens the visibility of that grey area, but nowadays I need to shave everyday.

Is there a solution for this ?

3. Look forward to old age when your beard turns gray.
I've always had the same problem and there's not much you can do short of hair removal. However, I have found that when I shower if the first thing I do is wash my face/beard and the last thing I do is shave (while still in the shower) that it helps. The idea is to wet (and consequently swell) the beard, then shave using soap instead of shaving jell, and shave from every angle until the skin is completely smooth to the touch. Then when you get out of the shower and the beard dries, it pulls back into the skin.

You may need to rub some hand cream into your face after shaving because of irritation, but the shave will be the closest possible and will last several hours longer usual. You will also find that your razors last much longer. You will still need to avoid flash photos.

Regard, Mugu

5. Some like that look
"Five o'clock shadow" is kind of in now. If it bothers you, I guess you could try some kind of self-tanner or bronzer to make your skin less pale. But I'm guessing you're overly sensitive about it, and that you're the only one that takes much notice of it.
