TROUBLESHOOT YOUR CUSTOMER'S PROBLEM BETTER! GOD I am glad I am leaving at 7 PM. YES I SENT OUT THAT NOTIFICATION ON THAT ISSUE! THE TEXTING SYSTEM AT SPRINT IS SLOW!!! Christ this week has been nothing but one fricking hassle after another. AND THE ONE DAY WE DID HAVE ICE AND CRAP, WE DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES!!! FIGURES!!

I work in an open area, in the corner of a big building. No doors, so people think it is ok to walk in and pester us. Because they feel their question is SOOOOOOO important.

7. I hate open areas and the cubes

Everyone has to listen to a different radio station and make sure their's is louder than the others. Plus all the phone calls you have to listen to where they yell over all the radios. Everything from calling their wives bitches, accusing them of cheating on them to yelling at someone in customer service about their electric bill regardless if co-workers or even clients were listening.

9. Actually, I and the two other guys in my department, have been moved into a new team.

I just found out they are doing Secret Santa, amongst the original 8 people of the team. But they did not bother to tell us, or include us. Even though we are on the team.
