76. Yes...brrrrr!
We were at a place outside of Fairbanks called Cheena (sp?) hot springs...pretty amazing to be in a tub of hot sulfur-y water when it's 25-below. Good times.

Thanks, and :hi:

139. T'wasn't Kenai
(but I have been there, and it was magnificent!) This was a longish---1-2hr?---drive from Fairbanks. It's a natural springs source...hot water bubbling up from earth's core and all that. Cannot recall the exact spelling, but it rhymed with "cheena" I think....

126. Just taken this afternoon with my crappy cellphone camera...
...while I was digging out from the snowstorm.

My car at the top of the hill. I doesn't look like it, but it took quite a bit of work with a snowblower and shovel to get it dug out.

This is at the top of the hill looking down towards the cottage. The snowblower was a great help here, but pushing it uphill through 8" of snow was still a bitch. That hill's steeper than it looks in this picture.

This is near the bottom of the hill, facing the back patio. No snowblower here, I just had to grab a shovel and put my back into it. After that was done, I had a few well-deserved beers (no pics of that, tho). ;)
