1. It's usually high in saturated fat, IIRC.
It's fairly protein dense, though.

4. well i bought some, trying to get my face filled out a little
but what the heck do you do with it? i have two cans and i'm frankly baffled you put it in costa rican rice and black beans, right? but what else? right now i'm back to drinking eggnog, seems to be working okay and a bit more christmas-y too

Coconut milk makes great milkshakes if you are moo juice intolerant. And of course, Thai curries. :9
