1. Good for you
Congratulation!!! :applause:

I started with losing weight again begin of the year. OK, actually I really try it again only since this week. I try it with Weight Watchers online. A friend and I decided to lose weight together. We set us a date end of January to have lost 4 lbs till then. And go from there.

2. good work!
I lost 1 lb. I haven't really messed w/ my diet much. The only thing I've done differently this past week is added exercise.

How's the food on nutrisystem?

3. most of it is pretty good
a couple are just nasty, so I changed my order for next month to all the yummy ones....:woohoo:

I"m used to the smaller portions now, at first I was hungry, but after a few days the little dishes fill me up so much I often don't want desert later that night.....

5. That was my experience
Some of the entrees were not very good. Once you get used to the smaller portions, it becomes a lot easier. Another thing that has helped me is making sure I'm hydrated. Sometimes hunger pangs are actually thirst pangs.

4. I found 'em!

Seriously--good work. I wish I could use a planned meal system, but the amount of starch would send my high blood sugar into fits.

Instead, to offset all the computer-sittin' I've been doing (the down side of getting lots of freelance work lately), I've ordered a couple of yoga and Bollywood dance vids. Now...just have to make time to use them...
