Thank you Du'ers

I am very touched with your kindness and generosity. I am unsure of exactly how much we have collected since the checks haven’t come in. I approximated how much the checks would be before I asked the thread to be closed as most Du’ers did tell me how much the checks were for.

If there is an excess, I will let you know.

There were several Du'ers who helped me set this up and I really wanted to thank them for their time and patience: Peake, Heidi, Call Me Wesley and sfexpat2000.

11. i think the excess should go to thoms other medical debts

though we will post in gd, whether people prefer that we donate it to charity or put it towards medical debt

it depends really on how much the excess is.

13. I know many of us are waiting for payday too

In one of the threads, ThomCat explained why he chose the model he wanted and one of the reasons was for the attachments he could buy for it (like a holder for his crutches). I think something like that would be perfect if there's an excess which I'm guessing there will be.
