For those who may buy and sell on eBay - a heads up.
Edited on Sat Feb-23-08 07:43 AM by deacon
Be very careful there now. There is a strike and uproar over policy changes. The buyers and sellers are revolting and the place is currently loaded with fraud. Loads of scams going on.

If you want to see the mayhem:

Also, many of the good sellers have gone to auctiononline.com and ecrater.com so thats another heads up of where to buy the same merchandise cheaper and i would say much more safely.

3. Avoiding eBay like the plague.
I got mad when they hiked up all the fees, and the postage increase a while back didn't help either. I ditched my store close to a year ago. Lately, if I've need to go the eBay route, I've gone through an authorized seller like ISoldIt or Auction Yard. Or I sell to my local used bookstore, which also buys media.

4. Thats smart. Another thing is the postal rates are going up
again so there is more trouble ahead in the future.

5. Really, what's going on?
Have been doing some buying lately. I got an email tonight from a seller (with a 100 percent rating) mentioning something about some kind of fight he was having with eBay?
