The rubber duck is OKAY!
In the shower this morning as I am all sudded up I drop my right arm and my elbow *WHAM* hits something. I exclaim rather loudly as I expect the pain that is sure to come when I realize that I didn't hit the wall or the soap try I hit the cold water control AND TURNED IT OFF.

Now I not only have a funny bone ringing off the hook I have full on hot water hitting me. As I fruitlessly the Land -of-a-Thousand-contortionists-dance trying to avoid all the water coming out of the showerhead in a 3X3 shower and exclaiming even louder I reach up and crank the cold water back on full NOW I have freezing cold water and I pulled something in my ribcage.

Nothing like a muscle pull and a muffin-top burn to start the day.
