And clearly you bought lunch meat ... and yet you had no bread ... so she should have realized that you must be out of bread by now, she knows when you bought it last ... and so any lunch meat purchase now would be wasted with no bread with which to consume it.

Perhaps you need to talk to the store, have them install their grocery list chip in your head. That way, they can analyze your purchases, compare it to your stored memories of food at home, and then make sure that you do not starve in the future.

And they can make sure that they carry enough "ointment".
