My sound went out on my PC tonight, so I decided to investigate. I have a flat monitor, and decided to turn it side to side to check the speaker/sound connections. I had a glass of water on my desk that fell into my stomach and crotch. Ewwwwww!

I couldn't change my clothes fast enough, and my mother is laughing her ass off right now.

I make the house payments and pay for any repairs here.

Why do you ask? :shrug:

She does think she owns the place most of the time. But that doesn't bother me. I'm pretty laid back with her and I let her do what she wants here.

just wonderin... I'm probably going to have my grandmother living with us in a few years, so I was curious (I promised her when I was five that she would never have to live in a retirement home).

But as long as I can take care of her, she won't go into a home.

She's very healthy right now, as a matter of fact. She does more than her share of taking care of the place. She's also terribly mentally ill and paranoid, so that gets very difficult at times.

But, I would never throw her to the wolves. She would be extremely paranoid and agitated if we ever put her in a nursing home setting. I just can't do that, as long as I am able.
