I've had a pretty interesting career....
I was thinking about this "checkered history" today:

First I was an Advocate for the mentally ill and mentally retarded;
Then I was a City Manager;
Then I was a tax Judge;
Then I was a lawyer;
Now I'm a Town Planner.

I'm only 62. What should I do next?

5. You can help redqueen and me proofread all the fliers in Richmond.
When we're done, there will be nary a misspelling in sight, although there might be a dearth of Sharpies.

7. If you haven't tended bar, you haven't really lived.
I only did it for a year or so, while I was in college, but it was a hoot.
I could write a book, seriously.

12. It is. And the one I have now is the one I love going to. Very funny.
I think in life there is a learning curve and there is a point where you are not going to take shit from anyone. Either you can out manunever them because you have lived longer and are wiser or maybe you just decide you don't give a damn. I don't know but I did not expect to be so pleasantly surprised by my latest job. It is great fun! I loved practicing law but I never felt as good going to work everyday as I do not. I think I have been really blessed!
