you're all invited over for a BBQ...who wants a wing?

:grr: Fresh chicken crap all over my shoe. And the kitchen floor, since I didn't notice it in time.

1. EWWWWWW
I take it you live in a rural area? Heck, we're a rural itty bitty town and raising chickens is banned here except for those in the grandfather clause.

5. I live in a very urban area
Seattle lets you keep up to 5 hens (no roosters) in the city limits. The chickens always roam around the yard, which is fine, but lately they've taken to crapping on the back porch.

4. It's easier to quarter a chicken than a neighbor
I already have to clean poo off the kitchen floor, I don't want to be scrubbing blood too.

11. After you kill the chickens you will need soak them in really hot water.
You need to do this to remove the feathers, this is smelly work.

Nothing smells worse then wet, hot chicken feathers.

Fresh chicken for BBQ, I will be there.

I took care of the chickens on the farm, I cleaned out the chicken houses to many times.

I know what your back porch looks like.
