The weirdest damned thing has started happening
It's really hard to describe- for the past three days I've been getting momentary nerve shocks (for lack of a better term) in my right leg- they seem to start just above the knee, and then shoot down my calf into my foot.

I wouldn't call it painful, more like surprising and annoying. It's kinda like being hooked up to a 9 volt battery for a moment (if you don't know what that's like simply touch the terminals of one to your tongue for a moment. Great fun! ).

It just happened while I was standing in the kitchen, and my leg actually almost buckled on me!

Must be some kind of old person physical breakdown thing. Dayum, the aging body can come up with some strange shit to surprise a person!

2. You could have
something wrong in your back, like a pinched nerve or something.

3. Now THAT makes sense.
I was forced to sit on a floor all morning earlier this week (I do occasional non-profit computer repair work at a local preschool and there's not a real "adult sized" chair anywhere in the classrooms) and the day after my back was killing me. Now that you mention it, this seems to have started a day or two after that visit.

Not to mention I've recently been diagnosed with some lower lumbar bone degeneration... I'd forgotten all about it until you said that.

Thanks! Guess I'll mention it to the doc at my next clinic!

4. You should tell your doc right away
Maybe they can do something to take the inflammation away if it's that. Good luck ! It must be a weird feeling. :-(

6. Most certainly nerve irritation.
Or a psychotic episode.

No, seriously, could just be you slept wrong or picked something up wrong. Could be sciatica. Check this out; http://www.webmd.com/back-pain/tc/sciatica-topic-overview
If it keeps up/gets worse, get it checked out. Hope you feel better soon.:hi:
