16. I checked all green because it is nearest to my preference which is the point

at which the green is just about to go to yellow. Muy perfecto.

After they turn totally yellow and start to get darker, might as well just wait until they get nearly brown and bake with them. Banana bread, muffins or banana cake with cream cheese frosting.

Or freeze them until you need them.
