I'm going to be in Paris soon.
But only for a short stay.

Anything I absolutely have to see?

1. How long?
I'd say Pere Lachaise cemetery, Fontaine de Saint Michel, Notre Dame, a walk along the Seine by the Louvre, the Shakespeare & Co bookstore, Sacre Couer...

I could go on, of course. I spent a month there. Fucking incredible.

:hi:

8. yeah it takes 4 hrs to figure out CDG airport, forget doing anything else
maybe the poster means four hours but allowing 2-3 hours on top of that to get back to the right place and get thru the awful screening process?

if it's just a four hr stop total they ain't seeing any paris on this trip

7. Four hours?! Take a city bus tour. Seriously. See the highlights, from outside anyway.

10. Eiffel Tower, of course.
When I went to Paris many years ago, my main objective was to go to the top of the tower. Unfortunately, it was too foggy and the very top level was shut down. But the view of Paris is awesome.
