Anyone know anything about writing business plans/marketing forecasts? NEED ADVICE :*(

OK, So I'm doing some freelance research work while I'm living abroad. I was contacted by company that matches up free lancers with businesses that need odds and ends type jobs done.

So this company wants me to write their ENTIRE business plan and marketing forecast for 20 pesos an hour (about $7). I would do preliminary and cursory market research for a rate like that (I'm in Argentina, 20 pesos an hour is decent), but even I know that there are whole separate services that do work like this for a LOT of money.

I googled to see what services like that charge, and all I found was "we will send you 5 free competing quotes" and such.

So has anyone here written a business plan/marketing forecast or had it done by a professional service? What could they possibly charge?

Just trying to gauge how insulted and outraged I should be :evilgrin:
