3. Stay away from specific ethnicities
French, Italian, etc. You don't want to inadvertantly stir up national rivalries. Bleu Cheese is iffy. Frankly, I'd stick to oil and vinegar. :hi:

7. I agree that bleu cheese is iffy, the chunks of cheese can be sort of distracting
Oil and vinegar is very fresh and when one feels fresh one is much more confident. My mother told me this as we were walking on the beach holding daisies and discussing that not so fresh feeling.

6. Avoid Thousand Island. If you want to go oil-and-vinegar but need to spark it up a bit,
try balsamic vinaigrette. Don't go for the fancy-schmancy raspberry vinaigrette. Interviewers don't like that fancy pants sweet stuff.
