It's been a rough week already. This morning we had a house showing so I cleaned and then took off so the realtor could show the place without me hanging around. I returned to an empty house and, still filthy from cleaning, hopped in the shower. I got out and, DAMN! no towels, because we'd put everything away. Ah well, a short dash to the (now empty) master bedroom. I open the door, take two steps and... there is my daughter's nineteen year old boyfriend. He averts his eyes and we do not exchange words. Later, I came down and K asked, Hey Mom, are you trying to sexually harrass my boyfriend? I started to laugh but then got upset and apologized but was crying like an idiot. The kids leave. Fast forward three hours. Daughter and boyfriend return and the young man is holding a bouquet of pink carnations. He hands it to me, with a card. The card reads:

"With Our Sympathy"
Sending warm, healing thoughts to lift your spirits and help you get through your time of sorrow.

Hand written in black felt pen below the blurb is this nugget: "Real Sorry I Saw You Naked. I Only Saw Your Buttocks"
He signed his full name.

To appreciate this tale, you must know that the lad is brilliant, was HS valedictorian, is in college on a full scholarship, and is already pegged in the top five percent of his class. IOW, Jesus. :cry: :rofl: :eyes: :rofl:
