3. Actually, this is the scary part.
The one that went both yesterday and just now is the hard wired one. Beeped three times and that was it. :shrug: What a PITA, though. Now I have to start working to pass the time. LOL.

The electricity they use is from fossile fuels , mostly COAL!!! Why do you have Mother Nature? :cry: :rofl:

The smoke alarms at my sister's house go off at meal times for some odd reason..In fact, its how her family know that dinner is ready...:rofl:

5. Because the batteries cool down
If the batteries are already low, the additional minuscule drop in voltage will set off the "battery low" indicator. I know, it's a PITA.

10. I think it's dust. We've been doing a lot of moving things around
and Mr. has been painting quite a bit. He vacuumed the offenders, so let's hope it won't happen again. I am so not a morning person.
