I thought I'd just drop in to let you know that I'm alive. My job and my son keep me very busy. Plus, we moved to the (ack) suburbs, so I spend 2-5 hours a day commuting. But I still think of you.

If you had to submit an original recipe to a Food Network contest, what would it be? hmmm, Chicken Ritner - Equal amounts of coca cola and ketchup in a pot, add chicken and simmer until the chicken falls off the bone. Add some crushed garlic, onion powder and mustard powder, simmer another 10-15 minutes, serve over rice. Freakin awesome.

3. What's your favorite thing about DU? LBN, all the news I need to see in one place.
