Hi. I'm seemunkee and I'm a pizzaholic
and that damn show on pizza paradise is on the travel channel.
It's kind of cheesy(pun intended) but it makes me hungry every time.
I have pizza usually twice a week and its never enough. If I wasn't trying to drop 10 more lbs I would be eating it a log more often.
Whenever I have a real craving for some kind of food it is almost always pizza, I could eat it every meal.
Leftover bacon pizza is great for breakfast.

I wonder if it has anythig to do with the fact I met my wife while working in a pizza place back in high school?

3. Oh, me too!
I LOVE pizza! I'd eat it every day, 3 meals a day, if I could.

I make my own now. Cheaper and sooooo delicious! :)

4. Do you use sourdough?
I'll probabaly never be satisfied but changing the yeast was a huge improvement.

5. No, this is my dough recipe
1 c. bread flour
1 c. AP flour
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 Tsp. kosher salt
1 Tsp. sugar
1/2 Tsp. fennel seed
1 c. water
1 pkg. active dry yeast

7. It adds a really interesting flavor to the dough which I can't quite describe
Also used in many tomato sauces, from what I read.

DUer Hippywife recommended it to me down in the C&B group. There are some serious pizza threads down there. :)
