I don't know what I'm going to do. I'd like to check out W. waiting on some cash though. I might go hang out with my uncle and his family. My cousin came down to visit and he's going back to MT in a few days. I'll probably finish up some dvds I haven't finished watching yet.

Oh but you can't beat the weather down here, especially this time of year!

Homemade waffles. I need to learn how to do things like that. I'm a solid cook, I just need to expand out a little more. :)

just a hint

waffle mix needs to be slightly thicker than pancake mix, just fyi


flour, baking powder, milk, eggs, oil, dash of salt, i throw in some vanilla flavor.

also i make my own syrup - easy -- little bit of water, sugar, let boil, done, I"m not buying sugar water for $5 dollars a bottle
