I was just using the photo to exemplify the pasta substitute. I did it with a regular tomato sauce.

It is a 1930's type of food.

Comes out different everytime I cook it.

Smoked sesame tofu, garlicky broccoli, some cheap Cab. Some noodles for my husband--he bikes 25 miles a day & needs the bulk.

Me, not so much. I have enough bulk.
